Can you deliver to Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, Cochrane?
We partnered with Uber for deliveries outside of Calgary. Order before 7 pm for same day delivery to these cities. Extra delivery charge applies. Minimum order $99 for same day delivery. Delivery fees will be calculated during checkout.
Can I come to your store for pickup?
We are an e-commerce business and don't have a storefront. All orders delivered locally same day from our warehouse in Calgary downtown. Don't look for sex shop in Calgary. We deliver it!
Is your package discreet?
Items are discreet, packaged in plain brown paper bags, sealed, and the customer's name and address is written in the corner.
Can I pay cash or place my order over the phone?
Of course! Just message us through our online chat or 587-880-2857 and we will create your order.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
